Content Editor

Text on each webpage is entered and formatted via a powerful WYSIWYG Text Editor. Similar to a conventional word processor, you can style text, add images, insert document links, create and manage tables, establish hyperlinks and more. Advanced users can choose to interact directly with the native HTML code.

Articles

The Articles Module builds an index of stories, articles, media releases or latest news information in a pre-defined order, such as by date. Instantly feed article headlines onto other web pages using the Custom Web Boxes function.

Downloads

The Downloads Module creates a catalogue of document attachments. Using the role-based security system you can define precisely who is able to access these files. Downloads is frequently used to publish announcements, reports and other publications in all major file formats including Adobe PDF®, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint®.

Contact Form

Contact Us incorporates an online inquiry form which gathers the information you want from users and forwards it to a pre-defined email address helping reduce unwanted spam from your website.

Links

The Links Module is a quick and easy way to build an extensive catalogue of hyperlinks to other sites on the Internet, such as shortcuts to your key sponsors or business partners.

Custom Web Boxes

Custom Web Boxes enable you to select specific information from one section of your website and automatically “feed” it to other pages on the site. Commonly, this is used to update news headlines on the home page whenever a fresh article is published in the news section, or for current vacancies to appear when new jobs are entered into the employment module.
