Indigenous Traineeships
Building a diverse workforce, is one way we actively encourage fresh ideas and experiences into the business. Macmahon is particularly keen to support indigenous jobseekers and is currently offering a series of traineeships for enthusiastic and energetic people wishing to join the freeway team.
This is an exciting opportunity to get paid while you learn valuable new skills such as small plant and equipment operation, traffic control, fencing, pipelaying and earthworks. The work also includes environmental management and landscaping, and working closely with local residents, schools and community groups. Successful applicants will be eligible to receive a Certificate II in Civil Construction, which is recognised by all major employers around Australia. Download the information brochure here.
